Most customers receive little to no mail, which is why mail processing is priced separately and flexibly.
This way, you never pay for mail processing you don’t use.
1. Your Digital PO Box subscription
You pay for each active address, in period of month, three, six or twelwe months:

Monthly: starts from € 9.9 per location

Yearly: up to € 160 with option of multiple locations - giving you 2 months free
This subscription covers the address itself and access to the The Digital Address Hub platform.
Every new customer starts with a free 14-day trial, including scans.
You do need to set up a payment method but nothing is charged and you can cancel anytime.
At the end of the 14-day trial, payment will be made automatically (you will receive a reminder 3 days in advance), and then either your monthly or annual subscription will start.
You can add or remove addresses at any time.
All rates mentioned are ex VAT but VAT may apply depending on your country and account type (private or business).
2. How you pay for mail processing
Mail processing is flexible. You choose how you want to pay for mail processing, based on how much mail you expect.
Most customers receive little to no mail. That’s why mail processing is priced separately from the address itself, so you’re not paying for processing you don’t use.

What happens to your data?
By default, we do not process addressed advertising mail, such as brochures, promotional leaflets, catalogues, or advertising newspapers. These items will either be destroyed or returned to sender with a request to remove your address from their mailing list.
However, in some cases it's not possible to recognize advertising from the outside, for example if a company uses a plain white envelope with a personalized message inside. Because The Digital Address Hub does not read the content, this type of advertising may still be scanned.
We recommend unsubscribing directly from senders to minimise unnecessary mail. Advertising can often be found online as well, and scanning or forwarding it may lead to unnecessary costs.
